Transmission Rebuild

A transmission rebuild is for units that have worn out components which need to be repaired or replaced. Full transmission rebuilds require the transmission to be removed from your vehicle.  Once the unit is removed, our technicians will disassemble the unit, clean, & inspect it. 
Once inspected, your unit is then moved to a “clean” room to begin the rebuild process. We also flush the transmission cooler system with a hot flush machine. This ensures there is no left-over debris to contaminate your freshly rebuilt transmission.  Once the rebuild process is complete it will be re-installed in your vehicle.  A final road test will be performed and the vehicle will be re-inspected.
